Data leak dangers: Know your weak spots

There is a great deal of sound advice in this article and if you take nothing else away from it, focus on the nature of the human threat.  Much of the data leakage in this world is due to unintentional human error.  We need to train better.  We need to build in checks to catch problems earlier.  At times, we can be our own worse enemy.
