Krebs – ‘Like Cutting Off a Limb to Save the Body’

This is a very intriguing side of the spam story that Mr. Krebs has decided to expose.  Legislation clearly does not go far enough and self policing is becoming more and more difficult.  Like many things, financial profit is a strong, driving force in the spread of corruption and online illegal behavior.
