The malicious side of online ads – how unpatched servers hurt us all

This is an excellent of example of why patch management and life cycle management of IT resources is so absolutely critical.  Far too often, IT shops choose to adopt a strategy of “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it”.  This attitude leaves us all at risk.
